I Finally Broke the Plateau! After being stuck at 50 pounds lost most of the summer, I gave up some carbs to coax my body into shedding pounds again and it is working.
147.0 kg Lost so far: 25.4 kg.    Still to go: 54.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
