I need to get back on track... I've been eating out waaaaay too much (cheeses!), and eating non-Atkins friendly foods. NOT birthday cake and ice cream and bread (though did have a few pieces of pizza the other night and paid for it dearly - yuk)! My favorites, though - Outback bloomin onion, Panera Chicken ceaser salad etc. But the worst offender? Coffee with extra cream, several splendas and starbucks sugar free vanilla! Wouldn't be sooooo bad if I had stayed anywhere near my alotted carb count. BACK TO INDUCTION!
