I never in my whole life thought I would be in this situation. I don't need to lose any more weight but scared if I add too many calories I will start gaining. I'm def getting a little worried because I can't keep losing .
40.3 kg Lost so far: 12.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I agree with Erquiagi. Your Doc should be able to help you out. (He sent me to a nutritionist whose advice I did not respect.)

That's understandable, and your fears aren't unreasonable! I wish I could hug you and sit with you. Would you feel ok adding calories just a *tiny* but at a time, allowing your body to adjust to the increase? You can do this. You can. ❤️
