Last week I was bad with company and going out for meals. Plus then with being so busy less time spent at the gym. I really need to turn this around versus these excuses. Luckily somehow I only gained a pound.
71.7 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
