Yesterday I ate;

Breakfast: BP Coffee jelly, fried egg

Lunch: Salad with avocado and tofu, miso soup with nori

Dinner: Salad with avocado, steamed Japanese sweet potatoes and temphe, Baked Saba (mackerel), dessert for figs
44.1 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 0.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.4 kg a Week
