Downstairs weight
For the last week I ate breads/pasta/fried/candy!!!
UGH def set me back 5 pounds. Even tho I was still getting my 100 min in! Def has a lot to do with what you eat as well
73.4 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
