It always is a surprise at the small amount of added carbs needed for me to have a weight gain. It's as if my body is not able to process them at all and they immediately turn into sugars and weight. I dont dislike my low carb diet, but it would be nice to one day have a bowl of pasta without the fear of an added 2-3 lbs. It's been 18 months on the same eating plan, 50 lbs lighter, but sometimes I do long to be able to eat without CAUTION!
