Just returned from an 8 day all inclusive tropical vacation. Sad I gained so much weight but happy to relax and have fun. Today I start back with my diet (low calorie count, high quality food, lean proteins, vegetables, fruits, low-carb, lots of water and no alcohol 😕). Wish me luck!
69.0 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.2 kg a Week

Always good to get away! I bet most of the weight is carbs and will come off fast this week!

Luck has nothing to do with it. Most people gain weight on vacation unless you are really expending energy during that vacation by walking, hiking, etc. just get back on your normal routine and it will slowly work it’s way back off. It’s important to enjoy these special events. 6 pounds is not bad. Don’t guilt yourself out— you cannot survive this journey if you make yourself feel guilty over enjoying special things. Some people make a “special” event over walking past the refrigerator, that’s where the problem is.

Most people gain that on vacation ☺️,as long as you had fun and good food, I say it was worth the weight!!
