I'm eating less with Ozempic & trying to watch what I eat. But my pain meds which I'm taking lots of, make me retain fluid. So I'm hoping that's why my weight is not going down.......keep trying. I need to move more & that I'm not doing. It's hard to get out of bed & walk & it's 34C in the afternoons.
