Well, zig-zagged for a while before joining FS, then reached my weight goal following Daily Accountability challenges. It may not be everyone's answer, but since it worked for me, I'll keep following it. I just plan to find a new RDI, weigh in weekly, and hopefully not rebound too much (which I'm pretty worried about). I'm glad I joined FS and wish everyone success on their journey.
51.4 kg Lost so far: 13.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks for all the support. It's nice to hear from people already on maintenance too. Seeing everyone's successes makes me happy. I must admit I only do the first four mini-challenges in Daily Accountability because my way of eating is not keto. But Debbie makes the challenge flexible so you can choose the parts that work for you. Best of luck Natalie.
