I have had this app for at least 10 years now and I just keep coming back to it. I have 2 kids now and Raelynn use it like I used to, but it is what helped me learn how to have a balance in life. Taught me portion control. And how to eyeball something and get a general idea of how many carbs, calories, and sugar may. possibly be in it. This app has helped me so much! Trying to become more active on it and share my journey.
