Yesterday was the first time since January that I've really blown my caloric intake so badly. I'm surprised I only gained .4 lbs., but I had a blast playing golf and eating out last night. Oh well.......back on the wagon today!
117.4 kg Lost so far: 26.7 kg.    Still to go: 26.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Just had to check out your food diary from yesterday and oh boy, you did have a good time! I commend you on recording it all, I think that is so important to do to keep yourself accountable. I think you may be surprised and see a nice drop on the scale shortly. It seems like when folks go "off the rails" for a day, it is just enough to tell the body you are not starving it and it grants you with a nice little drop. Will be interesting to see if this holds true for you, maybe tomorrow!
