so far this week has been great, great workout Monday, took a break yesterday and will be back today. my new favorite workout is the rowing machine 516 pulls in 20 minutes, My goal is to get 20 more

98.0 kg Lost so far: 42.2 kg.    Still to go: 29.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
