I got sick last week so I didn’t weigh myself until Monday, this also caused me to take a week's break from running because I had a bad dry cough. However, I’m back to my normal routine.
57.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
