I ate pretty well and added exercise to my week. I feel good and am glad to have dropped a little weight. It makes me want to work out more, so that I have more of a loss. MOTIVATION!
99.6 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 14.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
