The last ten pounds are the hardest. And I think being well has brought back some appetite. I have a month to go for my solstice goal. Not going to get there at this pace. I need to eat more veg.
74.9 kg Lost so far: 24.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
