212.4lbs. .4lb loss in five days.
Weighed myself twice to be sure.
Been fairly active around the house, except for a few days.
Caught up on posting this months meal photos, and trying to keep them current so I can see where I'm goofing up.
Credit for the loss goes to the effort on being somewhat active around the house, sensible breakfasts & lunches. Portion control during supper is still hit and miss.
Bedtime snacks of ice cream as well as summertime cocktails certainly aren't helping either.
Weekly food fests at my Mom's while trying to put lbs on her are an ongoing challenge to my own efforts for loss, but are an acceptable cost in my battle.
Still hoping for more losses as the summer progresses!.
Never stop fighting till the fight is done!

BB & 3D... Thanks for the encouragement ! I'm happy about any weight losses, but just not as excited as when I used to average 10lbs/month losses. Not giving up, just a bit sad realizing that I won't meet my one year goal. Regrouping, but not settling. Thanks for being there! ⚖️📉 👍😊
