I'm so disheartened! I've stuck to my plan, eaten less than 1500 calories every day (mostly around 1300), I've walked whenever my hips and back permitted and I've lost precisely 0lbs. It seems I need to go on hunger strike if I'm to achieve anything at all. What's the point?
