I have not worked or exercise since Monday... So I am actually doing pretty good maintaining.. Monday I am back at work... going to be interesting how they will treat me.. as normal or with kit gloves...
134.5 kg Lost so far: 21.0 kg.    Still to go: 46.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
