It’s been too hot to do things outside. I’ve been putting in 100 min of swimming every day. Started with just a hour, 60 min! Felt like that wasn’t enough. Hell it’s swimming. If you can’t swim more than an hour (age 40) I don’t know what to tell you. I say 100 min bc an hour and 40 min don’t sound right! Sounds like a looooong time. I have 2 friends that swim with me too and my 65 year old mom! She puts in 30-45 min a day! So proud of myself!
73.6 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 12.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
