Been doing my 30 challenges for arms, abs and butt and then a 20 sec high intensity run before bedtime. Crazy time to do it, but I think it may be helping me burn at night to maintain well.
Who knows?...

Yea...weight was down a bit this AM again....staying in my range...but yesterday had some nice treats, but did the exercising.
