This long weekend I had company since Thursday. Ate and drank somethings I normally do not plus did not make it to the gym. It sure was good to see everyone. It is now Sept and time to lose a few a lbs.
71.2 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
