Had a nice weekend off, golf tournament for pediatric cancer (I don't golf, I delivered beer and sold 50/50's) Then a nice relaxing day yesterday catching up on some much needed sleep.
67.4 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
