Super early (for me 😏) weigh in. I actually had a pretty low cal day yesterday.

Hubby & I had our first PT session today. It went well. Since I'm going for full body toning/ muscle & he's going more for upper body our initial routines were different. I feel like I clicked with our trainer. We both got some cardio in while the other was on the machines.

I came home & had my usual bowl of fruit & a plate of avocado, cheddar, Sopressata & crackers for lunch. I can't eat a lot really early so I had one cup of coffee & Greek yogurt with fresh blueberries & a little granola style cereal sprinkled on top for breakfast. I had my 2nd cup of coffee after I got home. Hubby joined friends in town for lunch

I had a low grade headache so I thought I'd lie down & maybe get a short nap. I was headed up the stairs...dogs in tow...when I glance out the front door & a doe is happily munching on a hosta in the front garden 😠 I stepped out & told her NO! She ignored me & kept munching. I had to walk towards her & shoo her away. Of course, then I had to spray deer repellant on everything. I had just enough of the latest batch...now I need to make more.

So, now I'm on the bed with the dogs. I may doze...or read. I was outside reading while I ate, but I could hear the dogs...or at least Lucy...complaining they were alone & wanted company.

I think we're having leftover chicken legs & bratwurst with either salad or some other veggie for dinner.
65.2 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
