It's so hot here (93 degrees at 5 am.). Instead of walking outdoors this morning I stayed in and did some indoor cardio. I'm still working off my vacation weight.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
