Playing the up 2 down 2 game. Probably should start calorie logging again to actually achieve my goal. It's going to be hard, back to a hard 1200 is the only way. Grumble grumble

1200 can be filling with fiber, fruits, veggies. But, I know you already know the drill because you have done so well

Thank you so much, ugh, I want 130 so bad but it means restrictions again to drop. Nice part though is in theast year when I drop I stay within 2 lbs or so and don't gain gain ya know? Thanks for the support 🤘😎🥰

1200 does the trick. At least you're doing this during the summer. Easier to get in exercise and access fresh food. 😎

I did that too… switched to mostly veggie keto diet same calories but dropping weight again

I am right there with you! I have been 2 lbs from my weight goal for the past two months 😅 This summer is kicking my butt. So close, yet so far. Let’s hang in there together! 🤣
