Worked my butt off yesterday cleaning out my car. Vacuumed and washed carpets. Scale is moving! Yeaahhh!!!

72.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg. Still to go: 8.8 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 2.4 kg a Week
