Not as bad as it looks. I must have accidentally entered 171.1 when I meant to enter 177.1 so it’s a gain but not 9 pounds. Doesn’t make sense that I am gaining. I have been eating well, exercising consistently, getting adequate sleep, and hydrating. I will be patient and I am confident things will go in the correct direction.
