Am very grateful today.

I wonder if I'd have known
what total acceptance is
I'd have come here
always or at
least more
often.

70.2 kg Lost so far: 40.9 kg. Still to go: 4.4 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 1.6 kg a Week
