240.25...Bummed I'm not in the 230's, but not letting it deter me...230's by next official weigh-in (Wednesday).
109.0 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 36.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hey, you are doing great, slower is good, you have let 10+pounds this month. Honestly 5 is a good amount, you don't want to lose too fast or you are more likely to gain it back.
