Really happy with weigh in, YES a drop but at least with all the dining out this last week, no gain !!!! and I stayed off the French fries and wine and OMG NO deserts
85.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
