Covid has been hard on me. Trouble walking. Eating what ever is East!😞

Just take it day to day. I had covid over last Christmas, 6 months ago, and am still pulling out of some long-covid symptoms. Be kind to yourself. You'll get back on the FatSecret path pretty soon. Don't stress. We're all here for each other. ❤️

Hang in there. Getting past the virus is priority one. Lots of water is key so that’s good for weight loss goals and about as much as you need to do. I’m on my second week with COVID and still am short of breath, coughing. It stinks.
