I had gotten back up to 315 but my highest weight was 320. I was too ashamed to record it. I began low carb on Memorial day. Starting weight was 310.7. Not as many workouts as I would like to do but every bit helps right?
137.7 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 47.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
