Hello FS friends and happy Monday to all. Not concerned by this gain, considering the meals I’ve enjoyed lately. Posting bc it’s Monday and I want to keep a fairly accurate record. My weight loss chart is full of little bumps like this. One day at a time, trying to make better choices whenever possible. This morning on Amazon I downloaded “Tiny Habits” (similar to Atomic Habits) for free from Prime Reading. I’m a junkie for free advice! Hope everyone has a fabulous week.
