Stupid body... We went to my inlaws.. tried to be careful.. (no pizza)..and I was under my RDI. and I still gained a pound and a half. .geez...
Don't understand.. but I guess it is better than gaining 5 lbs like last weekend.... just gets discouraging..
136.8 kg Lost so far: 18.8 kg.    Still to go: 48.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I am not panicking.. I understand why you say that :-D-- At least I am not looking at 4 to 5 lbs gain.. just 1 or so..:-D thanks for hte support.. and comment.. I sticking to this.. came too far to give up the ship..
