My plan for B-dubs worked well last night.
109.7 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 37.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Just realized I've lost my first 10 pounds with this new life style. I know it won't always go so quickly, but it is the motivation I need right now. :o)
