This road is hard, but not impossible. There are road blocks and obstacles, but they are not impassible. The key to navigating this weight loss highway is to take the high road and at all costs, avoid the ruts and potholes that litter your road to success. If you get in a rut, DON'T ACCELERATE. Take your foot off the gas and steer out of the rut at the first opportunity.
