Closed on the house, working on getting it fixed up and soon moving in. A little stressful but not awful. I've decided to mostly not worry about cooking until I'm "in" but that means a lot of fast food and I haven't been careful (which explains the increase). Getting to the gym some but not m-f like I'd planned with Sarah. I see her losing and shaping up and she looks great (she's going 5x plus at least 1-2x with a trainer so I'm not stressing it) and I'm super happy for her but feel like I'm letting her down a bit as a workout partner. She's A BEAST at the gym.

This week should finish up the "fixing" part of the inside of the house. Painting, carpet then I have to clean and start moving stuff over. In the midst of this, also supposed to be meeting with a client who is being super annoying and unreliable which makes me not want to work with her at all. We're still in the interview phase so we'll see but I've decided to not "jump" when it's a last minute thing. The pay is way under market but with a percentage bonus on receivables and it helps out another friend who's looking to be the practice admin for her office. We'll see how this works.
