ok, here with go with the 'yo-yo'. I did follow my woe yesterday but again I probably ate too much of some of the 'ok, you can eat all you want foods', which is probably never a good thing to tell me because I will overeat even good for me foods, which really ALL these are BUT the "IT" box on the floor (aka scale) tells me I better watch it/IT lol. I know my loss in the beginning was probably water & my body readjusting the weight within me and probably unrealistic to loss that much in just a few days, BUT still it was kind of nice and uplifting to see it happening. I just don't like to see it creep up again as if to say "ha, ha, thought you were on the way down?, nope don't think so". Again, as I've said; in the past this would upset me and cause me to just say "why bother" and go off my diet/woe and just binge today & at least through the upcoming weekend. BUT I'm NOT in the PAST and I have all the good foods here in my frig, I just need to cut back and not eat SO MUCH! I also should exercise, but again I'm lazy but will try to get my body moving.
I've decided to change my goal weight (from 138 to 142) That may not seem like much to many folks but it is for me and actually the 142 was my best weight, so many, many years ago lol
Hope ALL is well in FS-Land & Take care to ALL :-) Still haven't heard from anyone out there, but thats ok, I know I can do this and I'll stay here, it seems to help to put my feelings down in the journal. Take care.
