0. Atkins 16. Ate well but had wine. I am 217 lb, 1 lb. less. If I get at 216 I will be at the lowest I have been in 2 years.
98.4 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 25.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
