I cannot weigh in! This number does not count. :/

I'm in the middle of moving, and I currently don't have a place to live. I rented a house with two roommates for about two and a half years. Our landlord lived in the back house. They recently got a german shepherd, and the dog tried to bite one of my roommates early July. Someone was able to pull the dog off of her before he could do any serious damage. She just one perforation, but was really scared. The sad part was that the landlord was not apologetic at all and blamed my roommate for being scared, so we ended upturning our 30 days notice to vacate. I moved my possessions into storage last week and have been staying with my boyfriend. This weekend I move into my friend's house. My new place is getting remodeled and I won't be able to move in until the last days of August.

So, I'm a nomad right now and don't have access to a stable means of weighing myself. My boyfriend does have a weight scale, which is how I got this number. I don't want to rely on it. I would rather keep weighing myself on the same scale in the same place at the same time and day of the week. So I don't think I'll really count my weigh ins until I'm moved into my new apartment in September.

I might not weigh in anymore this month since there is not relly any consistency to my weigh ins. I hope I didn't really shoot up to 145. That's too pounds!!

I totally agree that a different scale can make a huge difference. Also, don't discount the fact that your life and schedule are upended. That can have an impact too. I'm really sorry you've had to move under such difficult circumstances. Sadly it sounds like the landlord may find himself on the wrong end of a lawsuit at some point. I don't blame roommate for being frightened. I love dogs but I'm VERY wary of any large dog that has shown agressive tendencies to me or anyone else. "Just one" perforation is one too many!

Different scales can throw off your weigh in, so disregard it. Hoping your new place gets remodeled quicker than you were told!
