I know from past experience that the first week's weight loss is always significantly larger than subsequent weeks. And I know it is mostly water weight. But somehow I feel like it is a Divinely inspired motivational tool. I just need to keep up the motivation until body changes kick in.
110.9 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 38.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
