I ate veggies 🤯

I know but still crazy to think something healthy would cause inflammation  
It is not inflammation It is just water retention of the cells. It has to do with carbs and the energy of carbs being stored as glycogen. This require more water than storing energy from fat. It is very natural, My carb up weight now is a bout 1.5 lb higher than my really low carb weight, If you do not take in much carbs over the next few days all that water will quickly flush out again

In terms of water retention it does not matter... if you are very low carb and then eat carbs water retention will happen.
