getting back to it slowly. I live with my folks who were constantly eating cakes, cookies.
Mom found out she maybe borderline diabetic and so all the sweets have not come into the house!
I lost the 10 pds myself by no sugar except fruit in moderation.
and no soda!
I also am diabetic so i need to get back to this and loose more weight and control
my blood sugar
114.3 kg Lost so far: 23.1 kg.    Still to go: 53.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
