After a weeks vacation and lots of sitting - driving - I gained 2 lbs. we ate out every day but ate healthy as possible but back on it again!
75.7 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
