Remember these toys? I think I had a horse and a giraffe.

Well, I feel like this guy after pushing the bottom up.

A super tough gym workout with some squats - the first time in over a year and, boy oh boy, are my legs feeling it today! 😭

So what do we do when it hurts? EMBRACE THE PAIN AND DO IT AGAIN! Holiday hours at the gym, so off to the gym early!
