I' ve gotten into the habit of having a keto atrawberry smoothie pretty much everyday. I find it takes care of my sweet tooth, its refreshing, filling and yummy. mine consists of almond milk, strawberries (or rasberries or berry mix) swerve , ice, and about a 1/4 cup of 33% cream. the cream just makes it tastier and richer for me.

Would you consider swapping the cream for plain 2% Greek yogurt? Once it’s pulverized it should taste about the same without the calories. Just thinkin’ 🤗🌈

Thanks for the thought and not a bad one. I might give that a whirl. I'm not concerned about the cream given i can still keep my carbs for the day fairly low but i'll have to do some research:)

Ok...you are on to something. https://foodstruct.com/compare/yogurt-greek-plain-nonfat-vs-whipped-cream I know they use yogurt in booster juice smoothies which I love...but they are also loaded with sugar. When i think yogurt as a food i tend to think of the flavoured high sugar yogurt which i love, mind you:) Definitely going to try yogurt! Thanks!

Thank you; I have found 0% or 2% yogurt as good option for smoothies. Some of the Greek yoghurts are super delicious and creamy 😋😋
