I need all the support I can get - chicken and veggies for 2 months... need I say more? 😜

No fish? Or shrimp, crab? You're still in a state that borders the ocean -- take advantage of the low fat & high protein content. BTW, I like the stick self portrait you drew. Perfect when you can't color inside the lines.😁

Yeah, chicken of the sea need not apply

Chris, I adore your profile picture, your a itty bit too skinny though. I’d find the fattest chicken possible, NO Mermee relatives!😁🤣👍

A little salt & pepper if I get desperate, and Mermee herself might make a good post-workout treat. Hold the comments about being a "snack" 😂

Oh man, sushi is an entire block on the food pyramid. I understand the respect of not eating Mermee’s aunties and cousins, but surely there’s a nasty uncle salmon in there that gets a pass?

I don't know about where you guys live but chicken breast here is only $1.98lb. anything else is easily 4x that amount. even crap ground beef is 4 - 5.98$ lb. it gets way expensive eating fish and steak every day. it's a no brainer.

Yeah... Chris and I live on the Washington coast. There should be lots of seafood available. There is... If you can afford to eat it! Chicken and pork is the only meat that is somewhat reasonable in price, Gainz.

Chicken breasts are up to $3.29 at Costco as of Thursday. Forty cent jump.

I've found the neighborhood cats make for a cheap pork alternative. "Cat: the other other white meat."

as a Kat, I take offense to this.

I don't get down to California too often, so you're safe... For now.
