With the lack of sleep, and well not really doing that well over the weekend.. I was surprised to see that I dropped .4 lbs- getting back on the "horse" and "riding" again...lol
137.9 kg Lost so far: 17.7 kg.    Still to go: 49.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
