220.6lbs. 0.6lb loss in seven days.
Not great, but happy just to be on the down arrows again!
Credit goes moreso to another active week around the house, burrito breakfasts, tuna lunches with only minor efforts at portion controled suppers and snacks.
Looking forward to higher losses as the summer progresses!
Never stop fighting until the fightings done!
